Full 100% merit-based scholarship for every admitted student. To be eligible, applicants must meet the merit criteria (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent) and submit required documents.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum GPA: 3.0 / 4.0 (or equivalent)
- Official transcripts (scanned copies accepted at application stage)
- Proof of English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL/DUOLINGO) or interview
- Personal Statement / Statement of Purpose
- Two academic references (Graduate & PhD) or transcripts
How to Apply
- Create an application account on the Apply page.
- Complete the online application and upload documents.
- Pay the application fee (€20) via secure payment.
- Applications reviewed on a rolling basis; some programs have specific deadlines.
Selection & Scholarship Award
Selection is holistic: GPA, statement, references, and interview (if requested). Successful applicants who meet the merit threshold will receive the full scholarship covering tuition and core academic fees.
International Students
ELU provides support for visas, housing referrals, and orientation programs. Our international office helps applicants prepare required documents and plan arrival.

FAQs
Can students with GPA slightly below 3.0 apply?
Yes — applicants may still apply; however, they will not automatically meet the merit scholarship threshold. Additional achievements or extenuating circumstances can be considered.
Is housing included in the scholarship?
Scholarship covers tuition and academic fees. Housing stipends are considered separately and awarded based on need and availability.
